Papaya & Kale Smoothie

A delicious and healthy afternoon snack, this papaya & kale smoothie is easy to make and full of goodness. Add chia seeds for additional nutrients, antioxidents, fiber and protein. Throw in a scoop of flaxseed for some Omega-3 essential fatty acids. 


  1. 1 cup Rice or Almond Milk
  2. 1 tsp Pure Gluten Free Vanilla Extract
  3. 1 Ripe Banana, peeled and sliced
  4. 1/2 Large Ripe Papaya, peeled, seeded and sliced
  5. 1 cup Kale 
  6. 1 cup ice cubes
  7. 1/4 cup Chia seeds/ Flaxseed (Optional) 


  1. Mix all ingredients in blender until desired texture
  2. Pour into glass and enjoy
