Banana Ooo Smoothie

One of my son’s favorite smoothies is this creation he calls Banana Ooo. A delicious blend of banana, peanut butter, chocolate syrup and rice milk. Our dessert tonight, but can be enjoyed anytime of the day! 


  1. 1 cup Rice (or Almond) Milk
  2. 1 tablespoon of Creamy Peanut Butter (I use Trader Joes organic)
  3. 1 tablespoon of Santa Cruz organic Chocolate Syrup 
  4. 1 Banana sliced
  5. 6-7 Ice Cubes 


  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender, pour into glass and enjoy!
