Blueberry Pancakes

  
These gluten, dairy, and soy free blueberry pancakes were perfect for our rainy morning brunch. My son eats blueberries by the container full, so I knew they would be a hit mixed with our pancakes. This recipe is easy, quick, and with a side of turkey bacon, DELICIOUS! 

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Bisquick Gluten Free mix
  2. 1 cup Rice Milk
  3. 2 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
  4. 1 Egg
  5. 1/2 cup of fresh organic Blueberries

Directions

  1. Stir ingredients until blended
  2. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle
  3. Cook until edges are dry. Flip and cook until golden brown 
  4. Makes 10 pancakes
