Halibut with Mango Avocado Salsa


Baked halibut with lemon and paprika, topped with mango avocado salsa, and served on a bed of arugula. 

Ingredients for Salsa

  1. 1 ripe avocado, sliced into chunks
  2. 1 ripe mango, sliced into chunks
  3. 1/2 of red onion, chopped
  4. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  5. juice from 1 lime
  6. 1 tablespoon of grapeseed oil
  7. salt and pepper to taste
