Tziziki and Turmeric Chips

Tziziki dipping sauce with baked turmeric chips. 

Ingredients for Tziziki Sauce

  1. 1/2 cup vegenaise 
  2. 1/2 cup tofutti sour cream
  3. 2/3 cup peeled and grated cucumber
  4. 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  5. 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  6. 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
  7. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Stir all ingredients in a bowl and refridgerate at least 1 hour before serving 

Ingredients for Turmeric Chips

  1. Frozen gluten free pizza dough (I get mine from whole foods)
  2. Grapeseed oil
  3. Turmeric powder
  4. Sea salt


  1. Roll out pizza dough and cut into small triangles (or any shape you want)
  2. Brush bottom side with grapeseed oil
  3. Mix 1/4 cup of grapeseed oil and 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder in a small bowl
  4. Brush mixture on the top of the dough triangles
  5. Top with sea salt
  6. Bake according to instructions on the frozen dough package
  7. Serve with Tziziki dipping sauce
