Avocado Dip

Avocado, jalapeño hummus, garlic powder, chopped tomatoes, fresh lemon juice, and black pepper makes a delicious dip for chips, crackers, or vegetables. 


  1. 1 ripe avocado 
  2. 2 tablespoons jalapeño hummus (I buy mine from whole foods)
  3. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  4. 1 medium size ripe tomato (chopped)
  5. 1/2 fresh lemon juice
  6. Black pepper to taste 


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables
