Ahi Tuna


Pan seared Ahi Tuna with a cilantro lime sauce, served over an avocado mango salad. 

Ingredients for Cilantro Lime Sauce

  1. 2 handfuls fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  2. 1/2 jalapeño, sliced 
  3. 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  4. 1 garlic clove, grated
  5. 2 limes, juiced
  6. 2 tablespoons gluten free soy sauce
  7. Pinch sugar
  8. Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. After searing one side of your tuna steak, flip over and pour cilantro lime sauce on top
  3. Finishing searing and serve
