Zuccinni and Mushroom Pasta


Roasted Zuccinni and crimini mushrooms tossed with grapeseed oil, gluten free rotini pasta, Mediterranean feta, and black pepper to taste. 

Directions for Roasted Vegetables

  1. Cut Zuccinni and Mushrooms into bite size slices
  2. Coat with grapeseed oil and a little garlic powder.
  3. Spread onto baking sheet 
  4. Roast in the oven at 350F for 15 minutes 
  5. Toss with your choice of pasta
