Chia Pudding 

Mixed berry chia pudding topped with chopped walnuts. 


  1. 2 cups coconut milk
  2. 1/2 cup chia seeds
  3. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
  4. 1/4 cup (or less) organic raw honey
  5. 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  6. 1/2 cup organic berries (strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry) 


  1. Blend all ingredients, except the chia seeds, in a blender for 2 minutes. 
  2. Whisk chia seeds in
  3. Pour into glass jars or any container with a lid
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but better if it’s overnight
